My name is Susan Inniss, and I am a Business Educator with specialised training
in Curriculum Studies. I have been in the field of education for more than 20
years and I am dedicated to ensuring that every learner I encounter experiences
an environment that is conducive to learning. In this ever-changing global
environment, it is essential that all students are provided with a quality
education inclusive of the necessary resources and infrastructure to help them
to effectively learn, grow and thrive.
The purpose of this blog will be
to assess all types of trending educational technologies such as digital tools
and hardware that will be used to enhance the teaching and learning process.
The information provided by this blog can be used as guidelines to help persons
such as teachers, students or parents make sound educational decision.
Every week one educational
technology will be evaluated in this blog using different forms of criteria or
rubrics. The criteria or rubric that will be used will be dependent on the type
of educational technology being assessed. Additionally, feedback will be
provided explaining the scores that each educational technology receives in the
rubrics, as well as the pros and cons of using the specific technology.
